Hi Rachana – I read your research brief today on Engaging Men in Diversity. When you are next in London it would be good to meet for a chat as I set up my company, The Diversity & Innovation Company, when I had a breakthrough moment as a 48 year old Managing Director at Accenture when I attended my first International Women’s Day event. . The D&I company sends business leaders on immersion experiences with UK charities and Indian schools to increase their self awareness and empathy.
