About Rachana

Broadcast.
Rachana is a live audience broadcaster, formerly on Bloomberg Live and Bloomberg Radio London.

She has deep experience moderating and emceeing conferences of up to 4,000+ guests. Among the leaders and changemakers  Rachana has interviewed on stage include:

Rachana is certified in a suite of leadership assessment tools, helping employees at all levels explore their inner strengths and foster a growth mindset. 

She has extensive experience as global faculty for Accenture Management Consulting University across Asia, Europe and the Americas; additionally, she has designed and facilitated numerous workshops & seminars for global Fortune 100 companies, and guest lectured at Columbia University and NYU.

Men As Allies.
Rachana is the founder of The Corner of the Court Project, sharing success stories of men who play advocacy roles for women in the workplace.  Rachana has headlined numerous speaking engagements with companies such as LinkedIn, Google, Oracle, the Los Angeles Chargers and more, about “men as allies” and authentic ways to engage men and women as collaboration partners.

Global Leadership.
Rachana worked ~14 years as a management consultant for Accenture, managing global teams of client and firm experts. During her tenure, she spent 3 years in Germany with leadership roles across the Austria, Switzerland, Germany change management practice.

Design.
Rachana spent an enriching sabbatical earning a fashion certificate from Conde Nast London’s Vogue (2013), which she leverages in her work as a creative leader and innovator.  She is certified in Design Thinking and frequently facilitates innovation workshops.

Misc.
Rachana holds an M.A. from Columbia University.  She earned a B.A. with High Distinction from the University of Virginia, and is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Northern Virginia.
