Rachana presented her research in positive psychology in an event on allyship hosted by the Los Angeles Chargers.

Rachana served as emcee and delivered the closing keynote for Stout’s Investment Fund and Portfolio Valuation Summit. Fellow speakers included Michael Piwowar, former SEC Commissioner; Stout managing directors and and RSM leadership.
Rachana’s closing remarks offered psychology tips on developing a mindset for change; including an innovator’s view of empathy, values-driven leadership with examples of resilience during the pandemic, and additional insights as a leadership coach.
